We are dedicated to ensuring that everyone who faces barriers in their journey toward building a family is empowered with knowledge, supported by community, united through advocacy, and inspired to take action. Our commitment exts across 14 states with insurance laws for IVF procedures, the District of Columbia, and beyond. We've helped establish 175 peer-led support groups in 33 states and have connected tens of thousands of individuals to our RESOLVE Advocacy Network.

Since 2019, we're proud to report that over 46 million people now have new or expanded insurance coverage for infertility treatments and fertility preservation.
